Your PDP is not complete when you finish drafting it.

It's complete when you get it signed.

Who do you want to sign it?

MUGS requires your parent or guardian to sign it, if you're under eighteen years of age.

We also need an authorized signature from your school: principal, guidance counselor, or mentoring teacher.

And our Managing Director needs to sign it, as well.

....and, lest we forget: you, yourself.

Who else can, and should, sign your PDP.

Add underlined spaces for their names, and dates for their signatures.

You're over the hard part now.
